Thalita Malagò

Thalita Malagò is CEO at IIDEA, the trade association representing the video game industry in Italy. After studying at the Faculty of Law at the University of Trento and working in legal and institutional affairs at Microsoft Italy, she joined IIDEA in 2008, where she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility over time, eventually becoming CEO. Through her work, she is committed to promoting video games as a cultural and creative product, an educational tool and a lever for social innovation.
