With over 15 years of experience across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, he has worked extensively on food security, rural development, and sustainable livelihoods. In the past three years at WFP, Marco has played a key role in forging impactful partnerships with private sector entities, contributing to innovative and scalable solutions for global development challenges. He is passionate about promoting community development through participatory processes, and champions the adoption of locally tailored, evidence-based solutions to address complex development issues.
